Crunchy Roasted Broccoli Recipe

1 head broccoli
2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 450F.
Cut broccoli into 1 inch chunks and soak in bowl of water for 5 minutes.
Drain water from bowl and add all other ingredients to mix thoroughly.
Place on baking sheet and cook in oven for 10-12 minutes.
Serve.
