March already!?!?

Wow, I can't believe two weekends have already passed since I've last posted. And the two weekends that passed we're so different....just to begin with the weather. Two weekends ago, me and the hubby drove down to the "dub" in treacherous weather....I think we passed through wet snow, flurries, freezing rain and black ice and more snow. We had stopped at one of the rest stops near Cambridge and the parking lot was covered in a sheet of ice. But thankfully we made it safe. It was a busy weekend. But with the snow, our nephew was able to make another snowman and a fort in the backyard, with the help of his ninong.

On Sunday, was the baby shower.  When we arrived at the hall for the shower, the fire alarm was going off and a fire truck was arriving....All I could think was what the hell was happening?! AND OH, FIREMEN!!!
My bro-in law took some good shots of me and the boys.  It was another fun day where the women gathered to play games and feast. Everyone was very generous and we had many special gifts for baby p.

This past weekend, was another great weekend. The boys were away playing in the snow in VT. And the girls could have some time.

Me and steph, stayed up late to make some cupcakes for steph's nephew's 1 year birthday party. I also made a choo choo train! The party was fun, and alot, i mean alot of good food. I think I overdid the eating since I had trouble moving around afterwards :) But it was definitely worth it. That night the Robinson's came over for a visit, that was long overdue. And on sunday, after having breakfast with steph and sanj, it was a lazy day of catching up on movies with steph (while she napped!)

Great weekends overall....And this weather is amazing, it's only the start of spring/summer.......
